Complete and submit a Service Request Form.

We send you an appointment date via email by 11 pm on the same evening we receive your form. Any forms we receive after 8 pm will be replied to the next business day.

Confirm your appointment via email reply within 24hrs to keep your spot.

We will send you an email with our estimated arrival time the evening before your scheduled appointment.
If you do not receive an email within 24hrs,
please check your "Spam" or "Junk" Email folder before calling us.
Appointment Checklist
We need:

A pool that is operational, vacuumed clean, clear with full visibility throughout, and filled up to the middle of the skimmer *

Minimum pool temperature of 75º F **

A quiet and undisturbed work environment for the duration of the appointment *

Full and unobstructed access to the pool and pool equipment

A functional outdoor electrical outlet and hose spigot

Excess water to be pumped out from behind the vinyl liner or groundwater collection well, if applicable *
* Another full leak detection charge will apply for pools that do not meet this requirement.
** Pools under 75º F are subject to a drysuit fee if underwater scuba repairs or inspections are required.
